Edukasi Moral dalam Surah Al-Ma’un: Landasan Etika dan Kesadaran Sosial Kemanusiaan Perspektif Tafsir Al-Wajiz

Abstract

This article examines the moral values contained in Surah Al-Ma'un through the Al
Wajiz tafsir approach. This surah teaches the importance of social responsibility and concern 
for others, such as orphans and the poor, as a moral foundation in building a harmonious society. 
By understanding the context of asbabun nuzul and lughawi interpretations, it is found that Surah 
Al-Ma'un is not only a religious guide but also an inspiration for moral education to form 
individuals with superior character. The values taught, such as social awareness, honesty and 
integrity, are relevant to apply in everyday life and education. This article emphasizes that faith 
is not only vertical in Allah but also horizontal through relationships between individuals in 
society.
